Job Description

• Establish complex corporate structures;
• Draft documentation for business acquisitions via asset or share purchases;
• Draft documentation for corporate restructurings and reorganizations;
• Draft shareholder agreements;
• Draft leases.

Qualifications and skills

• Hold a professional designation;
• Minimum 3 years of business law experience;
• Experience in purchase and sale transactions;
• Good knowledge of matters related to corporate reorganizations and shareholders’ rights;
• Good commercial contract drafting skills;
• Supervisory experience;
• Strong client relationship skills;
• Good team spirit; and
• Integrity, dependable.
