Me Caroline Hébert obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université de Montréal in 1997 and is a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1998. She also obtained a Master’s degree in Law – Taxation from HEC Montréal in 2002.
After joining the firm as a tax intern for her Master’s degree and having more than fifteen years of experience in taxation, Me Hébert’s practice is concentrated on taxation for SMEs and shareholders as well as corporate and tax reorganizations. Me Hébert has strong experience in the drafting of living trusts (especially family and asset protection trusts), estate and succession planning and testamentary trusts.
Me Hébert is also one of the firm’s in-house trainers and also participates in conferences for business people in the region.
Me Hébert is a member of the Association de Planification Fiscale et Financière, the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Planned-Giving Committee of the Fondation de la maison de soins palliatifs de Vaudreuil-Soulanges.
